The service服务内容

PicPocket ("we", "our") is operated by PicPocket Team and is a Chrome side-panel extension for designers and AI artists. It saves images from web pages, turns them into structured prompts with an AI model, keeps a local prompt library and generates images. By installing or using PicPocket, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it. PicPocket（以下简称“我们”）由 PicPocket Team 运营，是一款为设计师和 AI 创作者打造的 Chrome 侧边栏扩展，用于从网页收藏图片、借助 AI 模型把图片拆解成结构化提示词、管理本地提示词库以及生成图片。安装或使用 PicPocket、创建账号，即表示你同意本条款及我们的隐私权政策。如果不同意，请不要使用。

The extension's local features (saving, organizing and exporting your library) work without an account and without an internet connection to us. 扩展的本地功能（收藏、整理和导出你的图库）无需账号，也不依赖与我们的网络连接。

Accounts账号

• An account is optional. You can sign in with Google, GitHub or an email one-time code.账号是可选的，可用 Google、GitHub 或邮箱验证码登录。
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account.创建账号需年满 16 周岁；若你所在地区的数字同意年龄更高，则以其为准。
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared.你需对账号下的行为负责，并妥善保管登录方式。账号仅供本人使用，不得出售或共享。
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us (Section 10).你可以随时联系我们（见第 10 节）删除账号。

Plans & credits套餐与积分

The hosted service is paid for with credits. Hosted image analysis and image generation deduct credits according to the price list shown in the extension's Settings → Account & Plan page. Using your own API key never consumes credits. 官方托管服务使用积分付费。托管的图片反推与生图会按扩展“设置 → 账号与套餐”页面公布的价格扣除积分；使用自己的 API Key 不会消耗积分。

• Free credits: every account receives 30 free credits each month.免费积分：每个账号每月获赠 30 积分。
• Subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Max) grant a fixed number of credits each billing period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.订阅套餐（Plus、Pro、Max）在每个计费周期发放固定数量的积分。未用完的订阅积分在该周期结束时过期，不会结转。
• Credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits that expire soonest are used first.积分包为一次性购买，自购买之日起 12 个月内有效，系统优先使用即将到期的积分。
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are void when they expire or when the account is closed for violating these terms.积分没有现金价值，不可转让、不可兑换现金，过期或账号因违反本条款被关闭后作废。
• If a hosted request fails on our side, the credits deducted for it are returned to your balance automatically.托管请求若因我方原因失败，为其扣除的积分会自动退回你的余额。
• We may change plan prices, credit allowances and per-request credit costs (for example when upstream model costs change). Changes apply to future purchases and future requests; they do not reduce credits you already hold.我们可能调整套餐价格、积分额度和单次请求的积分消耗（例如上游模型成本变化）。调整只对之后的购买和请求生效，不会减少你已持有的积分。

Redeem codes issued before accounts existed remain valid until their stated expiry date. 账号功能上线前发放的兑换码，在其标注的有效期内仍然可用。

Payments付款

• Payments are processed by our payment partners, Waffo Pancake (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods) and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.付款由我们的支付合作方处理：Waffo Pancake（银行卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay 等）和 PayPal。我们不会接触或保存你的完整银行卡号。
• For payments made through Waffo Pancake, Waffo acts as the merchant of record: it handles the sale, applicable taxes, invoicing and payment disputes, and its own terms apply to the transaction. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any taxes it adds.通过 Waffo Pancake 付款时，Waffo 作为交易的商户主体（Merchant of Record），负责销售、适用税费、发票及支付争议处理，交易同时适用其自身条款。结账页显示的价格即你实际支付的价格，含其加收的税费。
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You will be charged at the price shown when you subscribed, unless we tell you about a change in advance and you keep the plan afterwards.订阅按月或按年自动续费，直到你取消。续费价格为订阅时显示的价格；如需调价，我们会提前告知，你在之后继续保留套餐即视为接受。
• If a renewal payment fails, your plan is marked past due; we may retry the charge and, if it keeps failing, end the plan.续费扣款失败时，套餐会标记为欠费；我们可能重试扣款，持续失败则终止套餐。

Cancellation & refunds取消与退款

• Cancel any time in Settings → Account & Plan. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the paid period, and you are not charged again.随时取消：在“设置 → 账号与套餐”中操作。套餐及其积分保留到已付费周期结束，之后不再扣费。
• 7-day refund: you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a plan or a credit pack, provided you have used no more than 10% of the credits it granted. Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started, except where the law requires otherwise.7 天退款：首次购买套餐或积分包后 7 天内，若已使用的积分不超过其发放总量的 10%，可申请全额退款。续费周期开始后，续费款项不予退款，法律另有规定的除外。
• Outside that window, purchases are non-refundable, except where we made a billing error, charged you twice, or the service was unavailable for an extended period because of us.超出上述期限，购买不予退款，但我方计费错误、重复扣款，或服务因我方原因长时间不可用的情况除外。
• To request a refund, email refunds@picpocket.top from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days; refunded credits are removed from your balance. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.申请退款请用账号邮箱发邮件至 refunds@picpocket.top，并附订单信息。退款将原路退回，一般 5–10 个工作日到账，对应积分会从余额中扣除。你所在地区法律赋予消费者的强制性权利不受影响。

Acceptable use禁止用途

You agree not to use PicPocket, and in particular the hosted AI service, to generate, request or upload any of the following: 你同意不使用 PicPocket（尤其是官方托管 AI 服务）生成、请求或上传以下任何内容：

• Sexual / NSFW content: pornographic or sexually explicit imagery or text.色情 / NSFW 内容：色情或露骨的性相关图像与文字。
• Violence and gore: graphic violence, gore, torture, or content that glorifies self-harm or terrorism.暴力 / 血腥内容：血腥暴力、酷刑，或美化自残、恐怖主义的内容。
• Hate and harassment: hate speech, discrimination, harassment or content that incites violence against people or groups.仇恨与骚扰：仇恨言论、歧视、骚扰，或煽动针对个人或群体的暴力。
• Child safety: any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM), or content that endangers children.儿童安全：任何涉及未成年人的性或剥削内容（CSAM），或危害儿童的内容。
• Deepfakes and impersonation: non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive synthetic media of real people, or impersonating a person, organization or licensed professional.深度伪造与冒充：未经同意的私密图像、针对真人的欺骗性合成内容，或冒充个人、机构、持证专业人员。
• Infringement: content that infringes others' copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or images you have no right to use.侵权内容：侵犯他人著作权、商标权、隐私权等权利的内容，或你无权使用的图片。
• Abuse of the service: bypassing credit metering, rate limits or security controls; reselling or sharing hosted access; automated abuse; probing, disrupting or reverse engineering our servers; distributing malware.滥用服务：绕过积分计量、频率限制或安全措施；转售或共享托管额度；自动化滥用；探测、干扰或逆向我们的服务器；传播恶意软件。
• Model misuse: using hosted output to train or develop a model that competes with the underlying AI providers, or otherwise violating those providers' usage policies, which also apply to hosted requests.模型滥用：使用托管输出训练或开发与底层 AI 服务商竞争的模型，或违反这些服务商的使用政策（这些政策同样适用于托管请求）。

Content moderation内容审核

Hosted requests are sent to third-party AI providers, which apply their own safety filters and may refuse or block a request; credits for a blocked request are returned. We do not scan your local library, which never leaves your device. We review hosted usage that is reported to us or that triggers abuse signals such as unusual request volume, and we may refuse requests, warn you, suspend or close accounts and void unused credits where these rules are broken. 托管请求会发送给第三方 AI 服务商，它们有各自的安全过滤，可能拒绝或拦截请求；被拦截请求的积分会退回。我们不会扫描你的本地图库，它不会离开你的设备。对于被举报或触发滥用信号（如异常请求量）的托管使用，我们会进行核查；违反上述规定时，我们可能拒绝请求、警告、暂停或关闭账号，并作废未使用的积分。

Reporting violations举报违规

To report content or use that breaks these rules, email legal@picpocket.top with a description and, if possible, the account email and time of the request. Reports about child safety are handled first. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and will tell you what action, if any, was taken where we are able to. 如需举报违反上述规则的内容或使用行为，请发邮件至 legal@picpocket.top，说明情况，并尽量附上账号邮箱和请求时间。涉及儿童安全的举报优先处理。我们会在 3 个工作日内确认收到，并在可行时告知处理结果。

Your content & AI output你的内容与 AI 输出

• You keep your content. Your saved images, prompts and notes stay on your device and belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.内容归你所有：你收藏的图片、提示词和笔记保存在你的设备上，归你所有，我们不主张任何权利。
• Third-party AI models: the hosted service routes requests to third-party models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba, Zhipu, Moonshot, MiniMax and ByteDance, so your prompts and images are processed by them under their own terms. The model list changes over time.第三方 AI 模型：官方托管服务会把请求路由到第三方模型，服务商包括 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、xAI、DeepSeek、阿里巴巴、智谱、月之暗面、MiniMax 和字节跳动等，你的提示词和图片将由它们按各自条款处理。模型列表会随时间变化。
• When you use the hosted service, you give us and our AI providers permission to process the images and prompts you send, only to return the result you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.使用官方托管服务时，你授权我们及我们的 AI 服务商处理你发送的图片和提示词，仅用于返回你所请求的结果，详见隐私权政策。
• AI output may be inaccurate, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your purpose. As between you and us, you may use the output as the applicable law and the AI provider's terms allow, and you are responsible for checking it and for how you use it.AI 输出可能不准确、与既有作品相似或不适合你的用途。在你我之间，你可以在适用法律和 AI 服务商条款允许的范围内使用输出内容，并自行负责核查及使用方式。
• The PicPocket extension's source code is released under the license in its public repository. The PicPocket name, logo and hosted service are ours.PicPocket 扩展的源代码按其公开仓库中的许可证发布；PicPocket 名称、标志及托管服务归我们所有。

Disclaimers & liability免责与责任限制

PicPocket is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI providers will stay available, or that any output will meet your needs. Because your library lives in your browser, please export backups of anything important; we cannot recover data stored only on your device. PicPocket 按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不保证服务不中断或无错误，不保证 AI 服务商持续可用，也不保证任何输出满足你的需求。由于你的图库保存在浏览器本地，请对重要内容自行导出备份；仅存于你设备上的数据我们无法找回。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失，以及数据、利润或业务的损失承担责任。就与本服务有关的任何索赔，我们的赔偿责任总额以下列两者中较高者为限：（a）索赔发生前 12 个月内你向我们支付的金额；（b）50 美元。本条款不限制法律上不能限制的责任（包括欺诈，或因过失造成的人身伤亡），也不剥夺你依强制性法律享有的消费者权利。

Termination & changes终止与变更

• You can stop using PicPocket at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if you wish, deleting your account.你可以随时卸载扩展停止使用，也可以按需删除账号。
• We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or others. Where reasonable we will tell you first. If we end a paid plan for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of the paid period.若你违反本条款，或为保护服务与他人所必需，我们可能暂停或终止你的使用。在合理情况下我们会先通知你。若我们因非你违约的原因终止付费套餐，将退还已付费周期内未使用的部分。
• We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and, for signed-in users, show a notice in the extension. Continuing to use PicPocket after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using the service and cancel any plan.我们可能更新本条款。发生重大变更时，我们会更新上方日期，并对已登录用户在扩展内提示。变更后继续使用即视为接受新条款；如不接受，请停止使用并取消套餐。

Disputes & contact争议与联系

We prefer to settle any dispute by talking first, so please email us before taking any other step. Nothing in these terms takes away the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence. For payments made through Waffo Pancake or PayPal, their own terms and dispute processes also apply. 我们希望优先通过沟通解决争议，请在采取其他措施前先发邮件联系我们。本条款不会剥夺你所在国家或地区适用于你的强制性消费者保护。通过 Waffo Pancake 或 PayPal 付款的，其自身条款和争议处理流程同样适用。
